The purpose of this amendment is to provide answ ers to contractor questions and to extend the closing date.

In order for contractors to evaluate the government responses to questions and to prepare their proposals, the closing date for receipt of Offer is extended to 30 April 2008. The closing time remains unchanged.

Questions and Answers

Question 1: Can I partner or joint venture with a large business for this bid? If so, what are the restrictions to such a partnership.

Answer: Yes. Please contact your local Small Business Administration (SBA) concerning any restrictions.

Question 2: 52.222-42 Laborer's wages: am I required to pay the laborers and forklift operators per the wage determination act in Attachment 2? Since these are the only two jobs specified, I understand that I can pay the other workers such as truck drivers, etc, at my discretion. Is this correct?

Answer : All labor utilized in support of the Statement of Work (SOW) must be paid in accordance with the Request for Quote’s attached Department of Labor Wage determination.

Question 3: Page 4 Labor versus Packers/Movers - 3000 hours - it this the maximum hours allowed on the contract? This equates to appx 25 packers for the 15 days of work.

Answer : Yes.

Question 4: Is the contractor responsible Computer/Network shutdown?

Answer : No.

Question 5: Are the powered down prior to the relocation?

Answer : Yes.

Question 6: Is the contractor responsible for computer/network connectivity and powerUP?

Answer : No.

Question 7: Is the facility (school) closed during the allocated relocation time-frame?

Answer : Yes

Question 8: Is the contractor allowed to ship supplies (boxes/bubble wrap) ahead of start date?

Answer : No.

Question 9: Is the contractor allowed to ship tools (forklift/tools) ahead of start date?

Answer : No.

Question 10: Is the contractor allowed to work weekends?

Answer : No.

Question 11: Can the work hours (8am~5pm) be extended with prior approval from COTR?

Answer: No.

Question 12: Will there be a POC available to provide access or answer questions during the work hours/days?

Answer: Yes.

Question 13: Disassemble and assemble the playground set and canopy at the playground.

Answer: No.

Question 14: Electrical wiring of the sound system at the destination.

Answer: No.
