01 Document Review Attachment X6 Question tailored: Can you review the document required for Attachment X6 to see if it is okay?
This is a competition for which all required documents will be reviewed and/or evaluated as stated within the solicitation. Therefore, it is in appropriate for us to review documents associated with the proposal prior to the due date and/or separately from the proposal.
02 Reps&Certs (Declaration) Attachment X6
Does the attachments to be sent for the proposal have to be all in one file or multiple files? for example "Volume I" attachments 2 and 3 must be merged into a file named "Volume I Staffing and vehicle approach"( in .pdf) or do we send a zip format folder with the duel attachments inside?
It is an Offeror's decision as to how the company's proposal is submitted, please see the instruction in the Solicitation.
03 Volume II Past Performance - PPQ Attachment 2 attachment "24R2005_SOL_Attachment_2_PPQ".
it is not clear whether the attachment has to be completed by the COR or us.
The "24R2005_SOL_Attachment_2_PPQ" attachment is very clear in stating who the PPQ must be completed by. The Solicitation also provides specific instructions for the questionnaires. Please see and follow the instruction in the Solicitation and the attachment.
04 General Attachment X2 The totals do not update in the attachment "24R2005_SOL_Attachment_X2_Personnel." Attachment X2 was updated and replaced in Contract Opportunities. Attachment X3 was also updated and replaced.
05 General RFP Attachments When we send the proposal, can the sample sheets in this attachment be left or should they be deleted?
The format (Word, Excel, pdf.) for all attachments and enclosures must remain unchanged and returned in the format received.
06 Population Attachment X5
Regarding CLIN 0001AA with a "Ridership population of 525-624" we are required to insert a "price per day" for 180 days. Since the types of buses required is not indicated, in order to plan for the types and number of buses needed and determine a "price per day" it is essential to have this info.
Attachment X1(a) “Route List,” was provided with the current bus sizes or will be provided in return for the signed NDA, Attachment X7. The Government does not dictate how the Offeror establishes the unit prices for each sub-line-item number (SLIN) stated, that is the respective Offeror's business decision.
07 Volume III Price Attachment X5 Why is CLIN 0001AB highlighted for base period and option years? The highlighted SLINs, X001AB, denote the current estimated population range.
08 SF1449 CLIN As for the six-month extension (CLIN 5001), would like to call your attention to the Period of Performance, 01-AUG-2024 TO 31-JAN-2030, indicated in the solicitation
The Period of Performance on each SLIN, for contract line-item numbers (CLINs) 5001 and 5002, is correctly stated. This period covers 66-months, please see the information provided in the solicitation for FAR 52.217-8.
09 SF1449 RFP Addendum 52.212-1
In General Instructions and in Proposal Content and Format Instructions, it is mentioned that the technical shall go in either PDF or MS Word, while the instructions explain how to fill the excel attachments, kindly advise as to whether the technical attachments should be converted to PDF or Word as they might lose their formatting.
Please see the Table in the solicitation, “C. Proposal Content and Format Instructions,” as it gives specific instructions for each Document for the proposal. For example, it requires an Administrative Cover Letter, 1 page. The instruction does not request that you provide a separate cover sheet for each volume nor is this necessary.
The format (Word, Excel, pdf.) for all attachments and enclosures must remain unchanged and returned in the format received. Do not convert/change the original format. For example, if you received an Excel attachment, then please return your response on the attachment you received.
If submitting Teaming and/or Subcontracting Agreements, then these documents are separate stand-alone pdfs.
10 General Could I include a statement that the PPQs have been sent previously for another solicitation?
Each solicitation is a stand-alone request, requiring a proposal as instructed within each solicitation. Therefore, all prospective Offerors are required to submit the documents as instructed in the respective solicitation.
