Supplemental Courses Technical Questions
# Question Response
How does DoDEA define a “seat” for the purposes of a seat-based license? (e.g.
Unique user with enrollments in one or more courses)?
It is not possible for DoDEA to specifically define "seat." Rather, DoDEA looks to the vendor to define how they structure and price a seat license as all vendors structure and price differently.
For the CLINs ending in 001, are the seat licenses intended for one student per course?
Yes.
For the CLINs ending in 002, are the seat bundles intended for one student per multiple courses?
Yes.
Can we include additional information, which we consider essential to the proposal, as Appendices in our RFQ response?
Yes.
5 What is the total amount of students in K-5, K-6, and 6-8?
For SY 22-23 DoDEA serves approximately 67,000 students. For more details, please visit www.DoDEA.edu.
