Question #
Question The pricing sheet only have CLINS for the REV products, please advise on how we should adjust the pricing sheet?
Currently REV Control & Power Bundle are out of stock and have been since 2022 season and REV Robotics currently does not have a time frame on when it will have new supplies due to issues with the supply chain. Is there an alternative for this CLINS?
Do the contractor need to support LEGO, Tetrix and REV products in order to submit a proposal?
You mention in the presolicitation in 1.3(Scope Work) that "DoDEA expects to make three awards[...]". My assumption is that you mean there is an expectation that 3 separate awards will be awarded to 3 separate contractors under 3 separate solicitations or some combination of more than one contractor. I'm just confirming this is the case.
In the liaison requirements of 3.3 you specify 1 year of working experience, "Each shall have at least one year of experience working in a similar role". I am unsure if you mean 1 year in government liaising or 1 year in procurement and logistics. Is it one or the other or both?
In Section 2.1 in the second sentence you state, "[...] no other manufacturer’s equivalent hardware and simulation resources may be used". However, in the technical section there are many requirements such as security compliance and other technical requirements that are applicable but are something we would have no control over if we were to take on one of the solicitations. For example, the security requirements mentioning notifying and fixing is vulnerabilities is certainly applicable to the LEGO Education SPIKE App. However, we would have no control over how the vendor operates these resources, the best we could do would be to notify appropriate contacts of data breaches and vulnerabilities and the vendors efforts to correct them. Similarly, we have no control over whether or not the required software meets the safety and privacy standards laid out in the technical requirements. My question is then, does that mean it is not applicable if we are not the primary vendor?
Lastly, and I'm pretty sure I know this one, I just wanted to confirm, does technical support answering questions via non-anonymized emails require privacy training. My assumption is yes, considering there is PII such as the email address and presumably the name of the teachers. But I just wanted to confirm.

Answer The Pricing Sheet has three tabs at the bottom one for each resource: TETRIX, LEGO, REV
We will make allowances due to supply issues, payment will be made upon delivery.
No. We are open to awarding to multiple vendors.
We are open to awarding to multiple vendors.
The expectation is that the liaison be familiar with the product, be available to answer questions, and work closely with the Contracting Officer Representative
(COR).
If you are awarded any portion of this contract then it is your responsibility to ensure that all technical/security compliance requirements are met.
