Sheet; 1.3.1 is noted as “…The estimated Base Year 1 requirement for the AGA core and AGA Lab courses is shown below. After Base Year 1, the annual replace/replenish requirement is expected to be 5-10 percent of the Base Year 1 amount. Enrollments are Algebra I student 4,750 (versus Price Sheet:

student 5800) Geometry student 3,750 and teacher 60, (versus Price Sheet 5085 student and teacher 95) Algebra II student 3,300 and teacher 80 (versus Price Sheet: student 4685 and teacher 93). a. Yes, the pricing sheet has more to account for any changes to enrollment during performance of the anticipated contract. A.

11 Regarding Volume 4 – Price; our product is a subscription price, meaning one price for a 5-year subscription. We are interpreting that the higher enrollment numbers on the Price Sheet to include the annual estimated 5-10% of the Base Year 1.

Should we use the enrollment numbers in section 1.3.1 since once a subscription is purchased it will be available for the full 5 years of the contract instead of the enrollments in the Price Sheet?

The estimated numbers on the CLIN's account for a five year ordering period.

12 Regarding Objective 2: Shipping; will

DoDEA allow more than 45 days for vendors to deliver materials to OCONUS locations? Based on the increased shipping rates across the world, sending materials via air will be approximately 4 times more than sending the materials by ocean freight.

a. Please clearly explain 4 days (12 contact hours) for Base Year 1: Is this three (3) hours for each Region 4 times per year?

b. In 2.1.2.1., please clearly explain the “4 days” requirement. Four days per region? Four days total? How many hours per day? Are the days consecutive?

c. In 2.1.2.1., do you mean 12 hours per region in Year 1 (total of 36 hours)? Or 12 hours total for all regions (4 hours per region)? Or 12 hours for each teacher? Or something different?

This is to be negotiated post-award with the collaboration of the vendor and DoDEA, the intended plan for DoDEA: Module Development for 18 hours for the AGA Courses. To be delivered via live virtual professional learning 6 times (3 hours per session) in each of the 3 DoDEA time zones (Americas, Europe, and the Pacific) throughout the course of the school year for each of the first three years of the contract. f.
