If traveling to a District or FE activity, the Principal will identify the students and what special accommodations must be provided by an authorized adult who is assigned the responsibility to ensure this requirement is accomplished during the activity. The Principal will review academic eligibility for students with an IEP, 504 Plan, or any other form of special accommodation. All documentation should be properly protected.
