The pricing structure utilizes hourly rates that vary by day type (weekday, weekend, and holiday) across seventeen service locations with square footages ranging from 1,200 to 2,940 square feet, though specific hourly rates are not populated in this template document. The contract specifies that the total maximum compensation will be inserted upon execution and includes all allowable expenses, with monthly progress payments made upon county approval of invoices for completed services. The contract requires contractors to obtain and maintain workers' compensation insurance and commercial general liability insurance with Marion County listed as an additional insured, along with automobile liability coverage. No federal funds are designated for this contract template. The contractor is classified as an independent contractor responsible for all taxes and obligations, with no third-party benefits provided. Records must be retained for a minimum of three years after contract completion, and the county reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time with 30 days written notice or immediately upon denial or revocation of required licenses or permits.
