Requirement DTRA requires support to fully construct new test beds and structures; new support facilities; repair or refit existing test beds and structures; excavate and recover test articles; maintain, operate and repair the supporting infrastructure; maintain the administrative infrastructure at Permanent High Explosive Test Site (PHETS) and test sites at KAFB; and support experiment and demonstration execution on the test beds. DTRA requires support at PHETS to maintain and repair Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and for warehouse management.

Follow-on construction and maintenance services:

PHETS vehicle and equipment repair and maintenance
PHETS warehouse management support
PHETS facility maintenance support
