The federal contract opportunity is for shelf stocking, receiving/storage/holding area (RSHA), and custodial operations at the Lemoore NAS Commissary in California. The base period is from May 1, 2019 through April 30, 2020, with four one-year option periods. The NAICS code is 561990 and the business size standard is $11 million. This is a 100% set-aside for women-owned small businesses. The typical daily work schedule attachment provides instructions for offerors to demonstrate their understanding of labor and staffing needs. Offerors must provide a narrative explaining schedule variations. The direct labor summary instructions require offerors to input productivity rates and total direct labor hours for shelf stocking, RSHA, and custodial functions based on the provided yearly workloads. Offerors should not adjust the workload quantities and must ensure their direct hours match their cost worksheets.
