4. Company Business Size: [ ] Small Business [ ] Large Business
*Clearly defining your business is important for accurate representation of your firm when submitting contract proposals. The Small Business Administration (SBA) defines small business by size standards. The term “size standard” describes the numerical definition of a small business. A business is considered “small” if it meets or is below an established “size standard”. Small business size standards are based in the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 112310 (Chicken Egg Production). The Small Business size standard is $16.5 million. The average annual receipts are calculated based on your firm’s last three completed fiscal years. The three year average annual (AAR) means “total income” or “gross income” plus “cost of goods sold” as reported to the IRS tax returns and includes those of all affiliates worldwide. If your company (including affiliates) has annual gross revenues of over $16.5 million for the last three years, your company would be considered a large business. Further information on this subject may be found at www.sba.gov.
If you company is not the manufacturer/producer of ALL the products listed in paragraph 2 above, is the manufacturer of the products a [ ] SMALL of [ ] LARGE business?
Small Business Socio Economic Programs (check one, if applicable):
[ ] HUBZone (Historically Underutilized Business Zone; www.sba.gov/hubzone) [ ] Service Disabled Veteran (owned and controlled by service-disabled veteran(s) [ ] Veteran [ ] Woman-owned [ ] Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB)
