About this file
This is a solicitation for a Cross Domain Solution (CDS) Enterprise Implementation. The Defense Information Systems Agency requires a replacement software for message routing to be employed, as the current Tactical Communications Support Processor software has reached end of life. The solicitation seeks perpetual software licenses, installation and configuration services, and annual maintenance for McAfee, Glasswall, Aware, Sophos, Forcepoint, and High Speed Guard products. It also includes four one-year option periods to renew annual software maintenance. Products must support the USMTF 2004 message standard and FDMP delivery protocol required by IS&A for its mission. Forcepoint Federal LLC is identified as the sole source as its software is the only COTS solution that meets these requirements.

The Government may reject any or all offers if such action is in the public interest; accept other than the lowest offer; and waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received.
