RFP# HC1028-17-R-0155 (MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WORD FORMAT)
# Reference Questions Government Response 1 General Please extend the submission date to
September 29, 2017 for a full 30 day response period.
15 days’ time is not sufficient time to evaluate the changes reflected in the new RFP. 30 days will provide reasonable time to respond any changes as result of the new RFP which could result in a total re-architect of our solution.
Proposal due date remains September 12, 2017.
2 Volume II, Section M.2.1, Pages 6 and 7 (Subfactors 1 and 7 respectively)
The Government references PWS
6.1.1.1 in both Subfactors 1 and 7 in the latest solicitation. Can the Government please confirm if this duplication was intentional or an administrative error? It would appear to us that the intent was to reference 6.11.1 bullet three in Subfactor 7 but we respectfully seek clarification.
PWS 6.1.1.1 has been removed from Sub Factor 7.
3 Due Date There have been substantial changes and updates made to the requirements of the PWS. In order to rework the requirements and map compliance, we respectfully request a 7-business day extension.
Proposal due date remains September 12, 2017.
4 PWS 16.6 Task 16, Pages 15 of 45
Besides the NDA, are offerors required to have any other agreements in place prior to proposal submission?
In regards to PWS Section 6.16 Task 6, no other agreements are required to be in place prior to proposal submission.
