About this file

This document is an amendment to a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a 50 MB commercial lease between Robinson Barracks - Stuttgart, Germany and Kelley Barracks - Moehringen, Germany.

The purpose of this amendment is to cancel the solicitation in its entirety, as the requirement will not be awarded. The solicitation was seeking proposals from Telecommunication Providers (TPs) that are NALLA accredited in one of the NATO countries within which this circuit terminates. The customer desired the earliest possible service date. Offerors were required to provide circuit/path connectivity diagrams and comply with all mandatory provisions, clauses, and requirements outlined in the solicitation documents. The lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection process would have been used to evaluate quotes. This procurement was issued by the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).
