About this file

This document is an amendment to a federal contract solicitation requesting quotes to provide, install, and maintain a new 25MB Ethernet end-to-end lease between two buildings. The amendment removes the small business set aside to make it a full and open competition, and extends the quote due date to September 7, 2021. Contractors must meet mandatory technical requirements including testing and acceptance criteria. The requested service date is December 6, 2021, and contractors are responsible for considering all issues that may delay meeting this date. Quotes must include sufficient detail for effective evaluation and demonstrate how the contractor intends to meet requirements. The associated North American Industry Classification System codes are 517311 and 517911, with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees.
