Harkness State Park Mansion Wastewater Repairs
The Harkness Memorial State Park Mansion has an aging sewer line system that is beginning to fail. The purpose of this project is to maintain functional waste water system to sustain the desired use of the building .
Scope #1 Bridal Suite:
Installation of 35' of CIPP/SIPP in the 4", cast iron, sanitary sewer line from the 3" toilet flange in the Bridal Suite to end at the base of the vertical stack overlapping into the newly installed PVC in the basement.
Scope #2 Basement Cleanout to Trap:
Excavating and removing the existing building trap, replacing it with new Schedule 40
PVC piping and a brass floor cleanout. Once the replacement is complete, the area will be backfilled, compacted, and finished with concrete to match the existing floor grade. Following the excavation work, the team will install 55' of CIPP within the 4"- 6", cast iron, sanitary sewer line, starting at the PVC transition in the basement and ending at and overlapping the existing downstream CIPP liner.
Scope #3 Jetting and Screening
As needed, per pipe camera inspection, we will use high-pressure hydro jetting to clean and sweep downstream any debris and/or clogged pipes and cut and descale blockages as discovered and necessary. Anything other than roots/rocks/ dirt and debris that cannot be removed using standard drain cleaning jetting and descaling equipment will require an additional Robotic cutting service below.
Scope #4 Robotic Cutting/Reinstatement
After the cured in place pipe liner is installed inside the pipe, we will use our robotic cutting tools and equipment tocut out all tied in service laterals where we had lined over. This will put the entire piping system back in full use service. The total number of reinstatements is to be determined once the final jetting and descaling is performed (as often build up and debris hide the reinstatements) Unit Price required per reinstatement
