About this file

This document is a Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP) for the Hardware Master Contract 1 issued by the Maryland State Police (MSP) Quartermaster Division. The PORFP is seeking proposals for servers, printers, network communication equipment, installation and training services, extended warranties, and security/camera equipment for the new Berlin Barracks under Functional Areas I, II, III, IV, V, and VI of the contract. The required quantities, delivery dates, and product specifications are detailed in the document. Proposals are due by April 1, 2024 at 2:00 PM. The contract is a Small Business Reserve Procurement, so only certified small businesses in Maryland are eligible to submit proposals. The award will be based on the most advantageous proposal considering price and other evaluation factors.

The PORFP includes a list of required items, quantities, and delivery dates. It also specifies that the contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item. The state reserves the right to purchase more or less than the specified quantities. The contract prohibits the contractor from imposing a restocking fee if an item is returned due to damage or incorrect product shipped. The equipment must be delivered to the Maryland State Police in Berlin, Maryland.
