About this file

This is a Project Addendum #02 issued by Commtech Design on behalf of Gull Lake Community Schools in Richland, Michigan, for an Audio/Video Upgrade project (#1297-01). The addendum modifies the original contract documents and specifications by establishing a new bid due date of August 7, 2019 at 2:00 PM. The project scope includes the installation of standard throw projectors with associated infrastructure at multiple locations, requiring USB connectivity from teacher stations to projectors, network cable runs from each projector to the network closet, and the provision of new projectors and projector mounts at each designated location.

The addendum addresses clarifications requested by bidders regarding technical specifications and installation requirements. Specifically, it confirms that USB cabling must be run from teacher stations to projectors despite the projectors not being interactive, that network connectivity must be established for all projectors, and that new equipment (projectors and mounts) must be supplied rather than utilizing existing infrastructure. No pricing information, set-asides, incumbent contractors, or funding sources are specified in this addendum.
