USSM Payroll and Time and Attendance Industry Day - Questions and Answers

1) The demonstrations are 50 minutes - is that for both Payroll and Time? Or 50 min for Payroll and 50 min for Time?

The 50 minute session is the total allotment per vendor. If vendors choose to demonstrate both capabilities, they should allocate the 50 minutes as they see fit.

2) Each vendor is limited to 2 attendees in the general session. Are vendors also limited to 2 attendees in the demo? Do the people need to be the same? We might want to have 2 people in the general session and then different or additional folks in the demo.

Vendors are limited to a total of 8 individuals in the demonstration sessions. The attendees for the demonstration session do not need to be the same as those who attend the general session.

3) Please confirm that the vendor demo audience will include USSM personnel / representatives only, and that any appropriate non-disclosure agreements will be executed between USSM and the vendor prior to the demo.

The audience for the demonstrations will be limited to government attendees, including USSM personnel and other federal stakeholders (e.g., current federal payroll service providers and the Office of Management and Budget). All federal employees are subject to ethics requirements that prohibit the disclosure of proprietary information.

4) The FBO posting indicates two forms that need to be filled out, but I only see one link.

There is only one form, but there are two sections. The first section requests information regarding the attendees for the general session. The second section asks for preferences in demonstration sessions and whether video conferencing will be needed.

5) Can you please clarify that vendor demonstrations will be "private," as in "competitors" will not be able to see each other's presentations?

Competitor vendors will not be able to see each other’s presentations. The audience for the demonstrations will be limited to government attendees, including USSM personnel and other stakeholders.

6) [The FBO posting] did not list the physical location of the general session and demonstrations. I was wondering if someone could provide that location for me.

The address is:

GSA Central Office 1800 F Street NW Washington, DC 20405

The general session is in the Auditorium which can be accessed through the main entrance on F street. The demonstrations will be assigned rooms and receive follow up messages once the registration window has closed.
