The Stage II evaluation will concentrate on the ability of the composite design team to execute the project to a successful completion through an integrated design process. The short-listed firms are invited to submit Standard Form 330 Parts I and II which reflect the entire project TEAM and additional information to describe the team’s capabilities and accomplishments with an emphasis on projects that the team has previously collaborated on.
