POC: Steve Eisen or email at: seisen1217@aol.com Price list current through contract modification PO-0014 dated 4/28/2016 Tennier Industries, Inc. is a leading U.S. military contractor for technically constructed performance uniform items, equipage and sleep systems.
Tennier Products are deployed in all mission-critical environments and are issued as fundamental gear in ensuring today's modern soldier's comfort and, in many cases, survival. Over the last 30 years, Tennier has been consistently identified by the government as a "Best Value" supplier based on such parameters as superior quality, price, past performance and the ability to timely produce Surge quantity requirements. As a result of these attributes, combined with the Company's close partnership with the military, Tennier has set the industry benchmark for product innovation, quality and customer service.
· Product Quality and Innovation. Tennier prides itself on its commitment to quality, product innovation through ongoing improvements in design and production methods and the ability to comply with highly specified military specification requirements. The Company performs extensive inspection and quality assurance tests during the manufacturing processes. Tennier maintains 100% inspection on all critical requirements of life support items manufactured. Tennier was the first company in the textile & clothing supply sector of the Department of Defense Procurement section to receive the ISO 9001:2000 certification.
· Manufacturing Excellence. Tennier's manufacturing processes are highly sought after by other manufacturers as the company's operations are among the most sophisticated and cost efficient. Tennier's unique relationships with its subcontractors allows the flexibility to effectively and efficiently meet spikes in the Military's demand without any sacrifice in quality.
· Superior Customer Service. Tennier has built a particularly strong partnership over time with the U.S. Department of Defense by assisting the military in improving product quality and reducing costs. The Company has essentially evolved into the single source provider of sleeping bag systems for the military by outperforming all other manufacturers and meeting the demands of every major contract for the modular sleep system since 1980.
Tennier's proven supply chain management, manufacturing knowledge, experience and capacity has helped secure other large military contracts for the "Authentic Military Issued" gear that thousands of Americans in the US Army, US Marine Corps, US Navy, US Air Force and US Coast Guard have relied on to perform; All these items are listed on GSA and detailed on this website.
