GS-01-P-17-GB-C-0001

Pre-proposal Agenda December 6, 2016

The purpose of the pre-proposal conference is to discuss the Request for Proposals (RFP), issued on November 29, 2016, for Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) Services for the 985 Michigan Avenue Federal Building Renovation and Backfill Project. The goal is to answer any questions regarding the RFP, provide an understanding of the contract structure, provide a brief overview of the proposal submission requirements and evaluation criteria, provide guidance from the Department of Labor, Office of Federal Contracts Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and present the scope of work for the 985 Michigan Avenue Modernization and Backfill Project.

A copy of the meeting minutes will be posted on the FBO website. The notes are not intended to reiterate everything discussed in the meeting, but identify those points that may affect an offerors’ understanding of the solicitation.

Please be aware that no oral statement made by the Government Representatives during the conference will have the effect of amending the solicitation. In the event that discussions during the conference indicated a need to change the solicitation, an amendment to the RFP will be issued in writing. All amendments must be acknowledged by the time/date proposals are due. Currently, there are no amendments to the solicitation.
