Date: Thursday, April 7, 2016 Time: 11:00AM EST Location: Burlington Federal Building, Conference Room 250 11 Elmwood Ave Burlington, VT 05401

Attendance at this Pre-Bid Site visit is vital to the preparation of a competitive, cost effective, and accurate bid in accordance with the technical requirements. It will enable the contractor to become acquainted with the areas which require special attention. Contractors are reminded to dress appropriately.

All visitors will be required to go through the screening process in the main lobby of the building. No weapons (e.g. utility knives) are allowed.

It has been determined that cameras are permissible for only the construction area. Photographs are only authorized for the immediate work areas included in this project. Under no circumstances should photographs be taken of people in the building.

After the Pre-Bid Site Visit, interested firms are requested to submit questions in writing to Sotheavy Khon, Contract Officer, at sotheavy.khon@gsa.gov and Donna Maffeo at donna.mafffeo@gsa.gov within two (2) business days after the date of the Pre-Bid Site Visit in order to facilitate preparation of responses. Each question should clearly specify the Section, Page, and Paragraph, to which it refers. Answers to questions will be provided after the Pre-Bid Site Visit in an expeditious manner as possible.
