The purpose of this Pre-Proposal Conference is to provide a briefing of the Solicitation and the scope of work, so that the offerors can ascertain the complexities of the work to be performed which would materially affect the conduct of operations, the schedule or cost thereof.

After the Pre-proposal Conference, interested firms are requested to submit questions in writing to Carolyn Weekes, Contracting Specialist, at carolyn.weekes@gsa.gov or Donna Maffeo, Contracting Officer, a donna.maffeo@gsa.gov within two (2) business days after the date of the Pre-Proposal Conference in order to facilitate preparation of responses. Each question should clearly specify the Section, Page and Paragraph, to which it refers. Answers to questions will be published in FBO after the Pre-Proposal Conference in as expeditious a manner as possible.

While the conference will provide an opportunity to discuss and clarify the solicitation provisions, nothing said or represented in the conference shall be deemed to modify the solicitation requirements unless followed by a written amendment.
