About this file
This is a notice regarding Glynn County, Georgia's transition to an electronic procurement system and a related Request for Proposal (RFP) for Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Services for Juvenile Courts. Glynn County has partnered with OpenGov to implement a fully automated, web-based e-Procurement Portal that replaces its previous paper-based bid solicitation process. The RFP (RFP26-010) solicits sealed technical and fee proposals for MST services, with proposals due via the County's eProcurement Portal by 1:30 pm on Wednesday, October 29, 2025. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at 10:00 am at the Administrative Conference Room #216 in the Harold Pate Building located at 1725 Reynolds Street, Brunswick, Georgia 31520, with virtual participation available via Microsoft Teams. All proposers are invited to attend the public proposal opening. Questions and clarifications must be submitted in writing through the eProcurement Portal's Q&A feature no later than 5:00 pm on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, with responses posted by Tuesday, October 21, 2025.
The e-Procurement Portal enables vendors to register for accounts, subscribe to receive notifications of future opportunities, follow updates to existing solicitations, and submit questions regarding open solicitations. All contact concerning the solicitation must be conducted through the eProcurement Portal Q&A feature; bidders are prohibited from contacting County employees, Department Heads, Evaluation Committee Members, or Elected Officials directly. The portal serves as the centralized location for all bid opportunities issued by Glynn County and provides guidance to vendors through the electronic submission process to ensure accurate completion of RFP responses. Any questions and answers submitted that materially change the conditions and specifications of the invitation will be promulgated to all addressees as an addendum.
