About this file

This is a system transition notice from Glynn County, Georgia, announcing the implementation of an electronic procurement portal managed by OpenGov. The document serves as an informational attachment to RFQ26-026 for General Engineering Services and outlines the County's shift from paper-based to web-based bid solicitation processes. The e-Procurement Portal will serve as the centralized location for all Glynn County bid opportunities and will enable interested vendors to register for notifications, follow solicitations, submit questions, and electronically submit RFP and bid responses. Vendors can access the portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/glynncounty and are directed to create accounts through the registration process to receive automatic notifications of amendments and addenda for open solicitations.

The notice emphasizes the County's commitment to streamlining procurement operations through automation while guiding vendors through the electronic submission process. No specific pricing terms, contract values, or financial requirements are detailed in this attachment. The document functions primarily as a procedural guide to facilitate vendor participation in Glynn County's solicitations, including the referenced engineering services pool contract that intends to establish a qualified firm pool for twelve months with four additional optional extensions based on mutual agreement between the County and contractors.
