About this file
This document is an informational announcement from Glynn County detailing their transition to a new e-Procurement Portal developed in partnership with OpenGov, which will modernize their bid solicitation and vendor management processes. The new web-based electronic bidding system will enable potential vendors to register for bid notifications, follow existing solicitation updates, submit and receive questions about open solicitations, and electronically respond to RFPs and bids through a centralized platform.
The e-Procurement Portal offers vendors a comprehensive, automated system to engage with Glynn County's procurement opportunities. Interested parties can create an account by selecting "Subscribe," which will allow them to receive automatic amendments and addenda, track solicitations, and ensure accurate electronic submission of bid responses. The portal is designed to be a single location for all bid opportunities issued by Glynn County, streamlining the procurement process for both the county and potential vendors.
