About this file
This is a Terms and Conditions document for an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the State of Alabama for the procurement of a Gooseneck Equipment Trailer with 25+5 capacity and tandem dual axle configuration, to be delivered to Mulberry Fork Wildlife Management Area in Oakman, Alabama. The document establishes the procedural requirements for bid submission through the Alabama buys supplier portal, with vendors required to review all project tabs, enter bid amounts in the item grid, and validate submissions before posting. All items must be delivered within 60 days of purchase order receipt, and vendors must respond to any additional information requests from the State within five business days of notification.
Pricing for this procurement must be submitted on an F.O.B. destination basis with all freight charges included in the bid price, and award will be made on an "all or none" basis to the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications. All quoted prices must remain firm for thirty days from vendor notification of award. The State of Alabama pays thirty days in arrears following invoice receipt. All equipment must be new, unused, and acceptable by the original equipment manufacturer for maintenance purposes. Vendors bidding alternate or substitute items are required to provide complete descriptive and technical literature with their bids; reference to literature from previous bids will not satisfy this requirement. Physical inspection and operational evaluation of proposed equipment may be conducted at no cost or obligation to the State.
