PURCHASE DESCRIPTION
FOR
2024 Evolution D5 Ranger 6 Plus Lithium 6-Passenger Golf Cart
13 December 2024
1.0 DESCRIPTION. This requirement is for a Contractor to provide one (1) new, six-seat golf cart, powered by a (single) lithium battery at Robins Air Force Base (AFB), Georgia. The Contractor shall provide the following:

1.1 Service Agreement. The Contractor shall provide the golf cart described in paragraph 1.
1.2 Warranty. The Contractor shall provide the manufacturer’s 5-year basic warranty (8-year for lithium battery) beginning on the date of receipt of all items.
1.3 Agency Affirmative Procurement Programs (formerly GPP). In accordance with FAR 23.404(b)(1), 100% of purchases of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)- designated products included in the Comprehensive Procurement Guidelines (CPG) list [https://www.epa.gov/smm/comprehensive-procurement-guideline-cpg-program] and/or United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)-designated products included in the bio based product listings [http://www.biopreferred.gov] shall, at a minimum, meet the EPA or USDA standards for recovered materials or bio based content, respectively, unless an item cannot be acquired competitively within a realistic timeframe, meet appropriate performance standards, and/or be acquired at a reasonable price.
1.3.1 In accordance with FAR 23.404(a)(iii), the Contractor shall provide estimates and verification of recovered material for EPA-designated CPG products and certification for both EPA-designated CPG products and USDA- designated bio based products. In accordance with the Robins Air Force Base, Georgia / Green Procurement Program (GPP) Plan, the Contractor shall provide estimates and certifications to the Government for completion of the applicable attachment(s) to be included in the Purchase Request (PR) package.
2.0 SHIPPING/DELIVERY. N/A. The golf cart will be picked up by government employees using government resources.
