Selection Criteria for the Project

25% Factor Firm’s apparent suitability to provide services for project, including
Company/Firm’s apparent fit to the project type and/or needs of the Owner, and any special or unique qualifications for the project, current and projected workloads, the proximity of office to project location, and services offered by the Company/Firm.
20% Factor Previous performance and references of the Company/Firm(s) including level of quality of the services and results to previous customers, customer’s statements of that quality, ability to meet established time requirements, response to project needs during design and construction, control of design schedule, quality and budget. The Owner will use references from stakeholders of the Owner’s choosing from previous projects, among other information as necessary.

Once scoring is complete based on the Technical Factors, the Fee Proposals will be opened and scored by dividing the total fee proposed by the firm with the lowest fee by the total fee proposed by the firm and multiplying the result by 10. For example, Firm A proposed $525 and Firm B proposed $600, Firm A would be awarded 10 points (525/525) x 10 = 10). Firm B would be awarded 8.75 points (525/600) x 10 = 8.75).
