The SOW includes detailed performance objectives covering site preparation and surface inspection, pavement marking restriping, ADA compliance, work scheduling and coordination, safety and security compliance, and deliverables submission. Quality assurance surveillance methods include direct observation, periodic sampling of line dimensions and reflectivity, daily progress reports, and checklist inspections. The contract uses a two-tier rating system (Acceptable/Unacceptable), with corrective actions required at no additional cost for deficiencies. Repeated unacceptable performance may result in cure notices, work suspension, or termination. An exhibit provides the facility parking lot site plan showing the layout and current parking space configuration.
