The District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to implement and assist with providing 100% floor coverage from a security camera system in all non-teaching common access areas, areas where students may congregate, building office lobbies, and the immediate exterior perimeter of the buildings. The proposals must be delivered by 3:00pm on Monday, April 1, 2024. A pre-bid walk-through is not required, but vendors can request access to the campus for a walk-through prior to March 15, 2024. The work must be completed by August 9, 2024, and the District will apply a 10% payment discount if the work is not completed by the deadline.
The RFP provides detailed requirements for the camera models, cabling, and other specifications. Proposals will be evaluated based on the degree to which the proposed solution meets the requirements, maintainability and supportability, cost, delivery and implementation timeframe, vendor reputation, and the District's prior experience with the vendor. The award will be made to the responsive bidder whose proposal is most advantageous to the District.
