About this file
This document is a pricing schedule for a bread products procurement for an institutional buyer. The solicitation requires vendors to supply three specific bread items on an "all or none" basis, with estimated weekly quantities subject to variation based on institutional needs.
The three line items are: (1) enriched finger rolls (hot dog style), whole wheat, pan-baked and sliced, with 2,375 packages estimated at $2.70 per unit for a total of $6,412.50; (2) enriched sandwich rolls (hamburger style), whole wheat, pan-baked and sliced, with 3,800 packages estimated at $3.48 per unit for a total of $13,224.00; and (3) whole wheat sandwich bread loaves, unseasoned and enriched, with 13,428 individual units estimated at $2.70 per unit for a total of $36,255.60. The total estimated contract value is $55,892.10. All products must comply with specific National Menu Specifications and federal food standards (21 CFR references provided), be delivered fresh within 48 hours of baking, and be seedless with conventional agricultural practices. Vendors must round bids down to the nearest pack size, state applicable package sizes and loaf types in their proposals, and no specification substitutions are permitted. Foreign products are acceptable unless the specification explicitly requires U.S. or Canadian origin. The vendor for all items is listed as ORLANDO.
