Repair work must comply with manufacturer's technical manuals and NAVAIR Overhaul guide specifications, with no full test run required but engines must have turning crankshafts with compression capability. The contractor shall provide a minimum one-year warranty on parts and labor commencing upon government acceptance. Engines will be returned dry with oil drained, crated for storage, and inspected at the contractor's facility by a government representative. The designated government representative is Mr. Mark Sojourner, Commander Navy Region Southwest Air Operations Director. Payment will be made via Wide Area Workflow, and the contractor must provide a summary report of completed repairs upon engine delivery.
