All items must be in-date, with out-of-date products refused. Certified religious diet items must display appropriate symbols (OU for Kosher, Halal symbol for Halal items). The facility reserves the right to conditionally receive items for three days of inspection and testing, with non-compliant products refused at the vendor's expense.
