About this file

This document is a flyer announcing office hours for the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Idaho FY25 Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). The office hours will be held on three dates in December 2024 and January 2025 via Microsoft Teams, where BLM staff can provide clarification on organization and proposal eligibility, as well as guidance on completing the required paperwork. The NOFO is for the FY25 IIJA/IRA Bureau of Land Management Idaho (ID) Youth Conservation Corps, which provides funding for conservation projects on public lands that engage youth aged 16-30 and veterans up to age 35. Eligible applicants include higher education institutions, local/state/tribal governments, non-profits, and other organizations. Projects may focus on trail maintenance, habitat restoration, cultural resource preservation, and other activities. The NOFO is assigned to the BLM's Youth Conservation Opportunities on Public Lands program under CFDA 15.243.

We can provide clarification on organization and proposal eligibility, talk through how to complete the paperwork, etc.

Note: 2 CFR 1402.204 requires fair and impartial competition with funding announcements. Therefore, we cannot talk specifics about applications, such as if the proposal is merit-worthy, what specific projects the BLM wants to fund, or specific project locations.

Have questions? Contact Kayla Blades, Grants Management Officer, at kblades@blm.gov.
