About this file
This document is a flyer announcing upcoming virtual office hours for the Federal Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Idaho State Office. The office hours are scheduled for three dates in December 2024 and January 2025, where BLM staff will provide clarification on organization and proposal eligibility, as well as guidance on completing the required paperwork. The related FY25 IIJA/IRA BLM Idaho Invasive and Noxious Plant Management grant opportunity is funded under the Invasive and Noxious Plant Management program (CFDA 15.230). It is open to a variety of applicant types, including non-profits, higher education institutions, special districts, governments, and tribal organizations. The grant aims to support efforts to prevent, detect, inventory, control, and monitor invasive and noxious plant populations on public lands in Idaho.

We can provide clarification on organization and proposal eligibility, talk through how to complete the paperwork, etc.
Note: 2 CFR 1402.204 requires fair and impartial competition with funding announcements. Therefore, we cannot talk specifics about applications, such as if the proposal is merit-worthy, what specific projects the BLM wants to fund, or specific project locations.
