About this file

These are specifications for multiple black drawstring cinch bags for different U.S. Army branches (Regular Army, Army Reserve, Army ROTC, and Army National Guard), with near-identical technical requirements. Each bag specification requires a black ¼" hole micro mesh polyester drawstring bag with a 200D nylon panel featuring a black translucent zippered front pocket. Main compartment dimensions are approximately 14" W x 18" H, with a front pocket around 14" W x 10" H. Each bag must be imprinted with a specific Army branch logo and URL (GOARMY.COM, GOARMY.COM/RESERVE, GOARMY.COM/ROTC) in yellow and white colors.

The procurement involves detailed packaging, marking, and shipping requirements. Contractors must submit pre-production samples within 7 days of contract award, with final samples due within 20 calendar days. Production quantities will be delivered in phased increments: 30% within 45 days, 60% within 90 days, and 100% within 130 days. Strict packaging guidelines mandate individual bags be sealed in master bags, placed on GMA Standard Pallet Grade A, with specific labeling, weight, and shipping instructions. Boxes must meet U.S. rated PSI 275 crush test certification, and no manufacturer logos can be near the government's imprint.
