About this file
This document contains a question and answer exchange regarding a federal contract opportunity. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is seeking support for its satellite environmental monitoring programs, including space weather observation capabilities. Specifically, NOAA is interested in procuring both spacecraft and mission capabilities from companies, as well as advisory services similar to a SETA contract. However, companies must be able to firewall any SETA activities from competitive procurements for spacecraft and missions. Additional details such as response and award dates, pricing terms, and set-asides are not provided in this question and answer document.
