About this file
This document is a Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity (JEFO) pertaining to Federal Contract Opportunity #FY24-00355, a task order for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Procurement Operations (OPO).
The requirement involves the purchase of Information Technology (IT) and non-IT support services, including commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software, to support DHS's efforts to safeguard against identified threats. DHS intends to award an interim task order to the incumbent contractor under the Alliant 2 Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) without considering other awardees, as all Alliant 2 GWAC contract holders were previously provided a fair opportunity to compete for Task Order #70RTAC22FR000001. The contract value is not specified. The task order was awarded to an unknown vendor on September 30, 2024.
