About this file

The document is a government file related to a state and local contract opportunity for maritime fuel, engine and vessel maintenance, parts, and boating accessories in Massachusetts. The Massachusetts Environmental Police (MEP) intends to grant multiple five-year contracts throughout the state to ensure competitive pricing for these products and services. All Commonwealth marinas are encouraged to apply, and the contracts may be reopened to include additional vendors if the needs of the Commonwealth are not met. The contract term is from FY20 to FY24.

The contract opportunity seeks to establish multiple vendor contracts for maritime fuel, engine and vessel maintenance, parts, and boating accessories. Pricing must be competitive, and the Commonwealth is looking to work with vendors that can serve the needs of all Commonwealth marinas. Funding details and set-asides are not provided in the document. Interested vendors should contact John Reardon at the Massachusetts Environmental Police to apply for the contract opportunity.
