About this file

This is a Seller Submission Checklist for a micro purchase opportunity with the City of Pennsylvania for the procurement of 3 oscillating fans. The solicitation indicates that the award will be made as a whole or by line item, at the City's discretion, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Sellers must quote all items to be eligible for award consideration. Vendors are required to submit item specifications with their bids, and pricing must remain firm for the designated hold period. Delivery or service provision should not commence until official notification is received from the purchasing department. Interested vendors are directed to review the provided URL for additional reference materials and detailed requirements.

The micro purchase structure allows for flexibility in award methodology based on the City's best interest. Vendors must ensure compliance with all submission requirements, including specification documentation, to qualify for consideration. The firm pricing requirement protects the City's interests during the evaluation and hold period. No additional information regarding set-asides, incumbent contractors, funding sources, or specific contract term details is provided in the checklist document.
