About this file

This is a notice for a single-source purchase published by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) seeking a customized CVISION AI ShoreSight system for automated vessel monitoring. The desired service must integrate with existing FWC monitoring systems and provide detection, tracking, and enumeration of vessels from a mile distance, as well as video review, annotation, and data recording capabilities through a customized Tator app platform. The contract term is up to 3 years, and the estimated value is up to $150,000. CVISION AI is identified as the sole source for this service, as they can integrate their software with FWC's existing systems and provide the required customized review and quality control platform.

The notice invites prospective vendors to provide information regarding their ability to supply the requested commodities or services. If it is determined that the services are only available from a single source, FWC will provide notice of its intended decision to enter a single-source purchase contract. The contract will be subject to the requirements of Chapter 287, Florida Statutes, and all other applicable rules and laws.
