BEGIN ADDENDUM

QUESTION #1

It is necessary to have a license as a general contractor to participate in this process.

ANSWER #1

No

QUESTION #2

Could the experience of similar projects completed in Colombia be accepted, given that our LLC in Florida shares a shareholder with the Colombian company that carried out said projects and for which we have references and translated and certified documentation? Is it possible to validate this experience for the current bidding process?

If this option is not valid, would it be possible to present a joint venture between our company in Colombia and the LLC in Florida to contemplate the accumulated experience? If so, what documentation would you require to present the joint venture?

Furthermore, if the experience of work carried out by the LLC in Colombia is considered valid, what documentation would be necessary to validate it in this process?

ANSWER #2

Per the References form, page 17:

A minimum of three (3) references from persons or firms for whom the bidder has performed similar jobs as per the specifications in this bid must be supplied with the bid.

The firms and/or contact persons should be available between the hours of 8:00 AM and

5:00 PM, Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. If any reference is not available as stated above, this may be cause for rejection of the Bidder’s bid. Provide a description

(scope of work) of each job.

Per Additional Legal Requirement, page 9:

All corporations seeking to do business with the State shall, at the time of submitting a bid, be on file with the Department of State in accordance with provisions of Chapter

607, F.S.; similarly, partnerships seeking to do business with the State shall, at the time of submitting such bid, have complied with the applicable provisions of Chapter 620, F.S.
