About this file

This is Addendum No. 2 from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) for Solicitation No. FWC 24/25-56C regarding the Telogia Creek WMA Security Fence and Pole Barn project. The addendum provides answers to eight contractor questions about material specifications and project requirements. All responses to this solicitation must be received no later than 3:30 PM (ET) on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. The project involves installing a security fence using 9-gauge galvanized chain link with 12.5-gauge barb wire and Schedule 40 posts, as well as constructing a pole barn with metal roof purlins and limestone gravel flooring (less than 1 inch diameter).

The contractor will be responsible for obtaining their own NPDES permit and developing/monitoring a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan if the disturbed area exceeds 1 acre. The project will be subject to MFMP Transaction Fees. No certified As-Built survey is required at completion, and the contractor is not responsible for any seeding or sodding of the 5-acre site. The wood posts for the barn will not require painting. This addendum provides technical clarifications but does not include specific pricing terms or funding details.
