About this file
This document is an addendum for Solicitation No. FWC 24/25-05, "Babcock/Webb Road Materials Project", issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC). The solicitation is seeking competitive bids for the supply/delivery and tailgate spread of DOT Certified bank run shell, as well as the supply/delivery of crushed concrete materials, to be used at the Babcock/Webb Wildlife Management Area. The addendum provides clarification on several questions, including that crushed concrete cannot be substituted for rock, and that the materials must be delivered periodically between the issuance of the Purchase Order/Notice to Proceed and June 1, 2025, with the FWC Project Manager scheduling the specific delivery timelines.
The solicitation requires bidders to be registered in the MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) system and with Sunbiz prior to the bid opening, which is scheduled for 2:00 PM (ET) on Thursday, September 12, 2024. The contract will be awarded to the successful bidder, and any protests must be filed within the time prescribed in Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, and Chapter 28-110, Florida Administrative Code.
