About this file

This document is an addendum to a solicitation issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) for a prescribed burn project in the Apalachicola River Wildlife and Environmental Area (ARWEA). The addendum corrects the inclusion of the Foreign Country of Concern Attestation Form (PUR 1355) in the solicitation, noting that this form is not applicable and should be disregarded. The solicitation, FWC 23/24-81, seeks competitive pricing for the ARWEA prescribed burn, with responses due by 4:00 PM ET on Monday, March 25, 2024. The project will be conducted in Leon County and Tampa City, Florida.

The document does not provide any additional details on pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other salient information beyond the prescribed burn project details. Protesters are advised to file any formal requests or proceedings in accordance with the requirements set forth in Chapter 120, Florida Statutes, and Chapter 28-110, Florida Administrative Code.
