About this file
This document is an addendum to a Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSOQ) issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) for Continuing Services Contracts for Professional Services for Shooting Ranges and Fish Hatcheries. The RFSOQ seeks qualifications from vendors to provide these professional services throughout Florida, with responses due by 2:00 PM ET on July 16, 2024. The addendum addresses questions from prospective respondents, clarifying that project references should be for the responding firm, and that it would be beneficial for firms to present a full team of subconsultants across disciplines such as architecture, engineering, and surveying. The RFSOQ is focused on supporting the Division of Freshwater Fisheries and the Division of Hunting and Game Management, and does not include marine hatcheries.
The document does not provide details on pricing, set-asides, incumbents, funding, or other financial information. It focuses solely on the administrative and technical requirements for responding to the RFSOQ, including the acceptable use of certain forms and the ability for a prime consultant to also serve as a subconsultant to another firm.
