About this file

This document is an addendum to the solicitation FWC 22/23-98C issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) for the Graham Spring Bank Restoration project in Columbia County, Florida. The addendum provides answers to written questions received from potential bidders, including details on the materials and debris disposal, tree trimming responsibilities, irrigation requirements for plantings, and the use of progress payments. The bid response deadline is 3:30 PM ET on May 10, 2023, and any protests must be filed within the time prescribed in the Florida Statutes.

The addendum clarifies that the project will not require tax-exempt materials, compaction testing on the disposal patch, or proctor test reports on the materials. It also confirms that vegetative debris should be pile burned, while metal and pressure-treated wood debris must be disposed of off-site. Progress payments will be made based on an approved schedule of values, including line items for mobilization and project milestones.
