About this file
This document is an addendum to a solicitation (FWC 22/23-58) issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) for the Okaloachoochee Slough Wildlife Management Area Custom Swamp Buggy. The addendum provides a question and answer regarding the minimum vendor qualifications, which the FWC has decided not to change from the original requirement. The solicitation seeks competitive pricing for a custom swamp buggy to be used in the Okaloachoochee Slough Wildlife Management Area. The response deadline is 2:30 PM ET on January 25, 2023, and failure to file a protest within the prescribed time frame will constitute a waiver of proceedings. The contract is for a government agency client, and the solicitation is issued under the jurisdiction of Leon County and the City of Tallahassee in the state of Florida.
The document does not provide details on pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other salient information beyond the addendum and the contract opportunity details. The focus of the document is on the addendum and the minimum vendor qualifications for the custom swamp buggy requirement.
