About this file
This document is an addendum issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) for their solicitation FWC 22/23-30 "APALACHICOLA RIVER WEA & BOX-R WMA FIRELINE CREATION". The solicitation seeks competitive pricing for the creation of firelines at the Apalachicola River Wildlife and Environmental Area (ARWEA) and the Box-R Wildlife Management Area (Box-R WMA). The addendum provides responses to four questions from potential bidders, including permission for a second site visit, drone/helicopter scans, and details on access points for the two job sites. The bid response is due by 2:30 AM (ET) on Monday, January 30, 2023.
The contract opportunity is open to all vendors registered in the MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) system and with SunBiz prior to the bid opening. The solicitation does not mention any set-asides, incumbents, or specific funding sources. Interested vendors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those pertaining to drone and helicopter usage.
